missing JRE parts

First of all, thanks to Sun for the important steps into the open source 
world.

After spending some time searching in the source code, it seems that 
Java Web Start and the web browser Plugin technology are missing. I know 
they are part of the JRE, and Sun open sourced JDK, but I thought they 
are necessary to build a complete open source java distribution.
I would like to know if and when the source code is supposed to be released.
