New Group Proposal: OpenJDK Conformance

To stay in line with the names of other mailing lists on openjdk.java.net
we are moving instead to `conformance-discuss'

The web page for users is:

     http://mail.openjdk.java.net/mailman/listinfo/conformance-discuss

There is also an email-based interface for users (not administrators)
of the list; you can get info about using it by sending a message
with just the word `help' as subject or in the body, to:

     conformance-discuss-request (at) openjdk.java.net
