Almost - then people usually start complaining about being overwhelmed 
by bug traffic about issues they
don't care about. ;) What I think we should have are bug watcher mailing 
lists for each product in Bugzilla,
that people interested in a specific area can subscribe to and get their 
fill of updates that way, rather then
dumping them on the regular list, in between the other review traffic, 
discussions, etc.
