Brad is in the process of setting up a single "watch-all" watcher
account in Bugzilla, so if you really want to see every update then
you can follow that.  There will also be per-product watch lists,
e.g., "watch-hotspot" for all HotSpot bugs, but at the moment those
are less interesting since at the moment most (all?) products only
have an "other" component.
