OpenJDK governing board, constitution

I know some people think I'm joking given my directed and acerbic
remarks, plus the serious, multi-year battle with Sun to secure a Java
SE TCK license for Harmony, but I am passionate about the subject :)

Nor is it a conflict of interest - this isn't (well, shouldn't be) a
zero-sum game : both OpenJDK and Harmony can and should coexist at no
cost to each other. Having multiple implementations of the Java spec
under different licenses with different community models is a *good*
thing for the world.
