Unless someone who builds on Windows tries it and reports back with
patches (hint, hint), it probably never will.  IcedTea-Web
(http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/icedtea-web) makes it as easy to
build as it's gonna get.  On GNU/Linux, it's just ./configure; make;
make install.
