The interim governing board, from which I was part of, was supposed to 
be dissolved in May of 2008. There was later an amendment [1] stating 
that the interim governing board should be dissolved in May of 2009. As 
expected, the transition from Sun/Oracle stalled the work we were doing 
previously on the board. Although until now there was no official board 
to replace the interim board, I, for the last months, believed that my 
term at the board was effectively finished. So, it's good to see that a 
new board will move things on.
