IcedTea also maintains a version, based on the above, plus some changes
from https://bitbucket.org/pmezard/hgforest-crew and a few fixes so the
server side http hg protocol works against hg version 1.8 (which is what
the icedtea server is running): http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/hgforest
