OpenJDK 7 windows

yah, you know, my program mostly linking with education

in several case, i must create proposla for preparation,b ecause using
university facility

and in my mind, wanna have a team to compile openjdk, so we can start
deploy our own apps on our own jdk that we compile

the openjdk.java.net, lack of information regarding this.
