Bug number not received after submitting

Hello Sean,

Due to to a change with the submission mechanism there was a temporary 
issue in creating IDs. The problem has been resolved and any new 
submissions will automatically generate an ID.  There will be a change 
later in the week, which will not interrupt the service. We will attempt 
to generate IDs for the reports, such as yours, that are waiting in the 
queue by the end of the day.
