OpenJDK BInary REsult

I haven't been pursuing this very actively as of late because...

- I think Microsoft &/or Oracle are going to do it

- Oracle doesn't seem to be interested in providing a link to our site for
downloading
   Windoze binaries

The good news is that it is getting easier and easier to build windows
binaries following the instructions provided in the OpenJDK build doc.
