Eclipse can't run Java after recent update on Ubuntu

I believe OpenJDK ships with tzdata, while distributions afaik usually
ship a system package for it and IcedTea builds use this instead, this
mean it's probably a distribution (perhaps Ubuntu only, I didn't see
any problem on Fedora and RHEL) specific issue.

I didn't dig much though, so this is all just a bit of guessing.
