OpenJDK wiki system preview

Hi Mark,

This is very welcome, we have a fair amount of content to shift over
from the Adopt OpenJDK programme - probably needs to be co-ordinated
with someone who's nominally in charge of the OpenJDK wiki structure -
would that be Dalibor?
