JBS and submitting bugs / detecting duplicates

Hi all,

Many congratulations on JBS being released, it's going to make a huge
difference going forwards in terms of allowing folks to dip their toes in
the water and tackle some low hanging fruit in OpenJDK itself!

Quick question about whether there are any timeframes for submitting bugs
through JBS itself as opposed to the existing mechanism?

One of the reasons I ask is that the existing mechanism still points end
users to search for duplicates using the old system (which unfortunately
most people struggle with in terms of search functionality). Perhaps that
link could be updated so users use the more friendly search features in
JBS, thereby hopefully reducing duplicate bug reports...
