While the current JEP pages "look nice", the current system seems like 
Yet Another
Ad-hoc System, which now seems unnecessary given that we have a standard
issue tracking system that is designed to be capable of supporting stuff 
like this.

So, another +1 on leveraging standard infrastructure, and keeping all 
the info
all together in one place.
