The PPC/AIX port is currently in JDK9 and is planned for integration
into 8u-dev for the end of this week right in time for the 8u20 time
frame. So if you can wait a week or so, you should be able to merge it
from 8u-dev which should be simpler than taking it from the 9
repositories.
