I haven't had a chance to follow up on the thread "AbstractCollection.removeAll(Collection) and AbstractSet.removeAll(Collection)" from way back in 2011 but rest assured I have not forgotten about it. It is, embarrassingly, the oldest item in my "tagged todo" features queue.
