How can I report bugs in OpenJDK?

I build my own binaries. bugreport.java.com does not list OpenJDK as a
product. Which one do I have to select?

I'm not interested in helping Oracle improve its proprietary products.
Are bugs that are reported through bugreport.java.com public or private
to Oracle?
