Yep.

Also worth noting as a general point, rather than specifically to 
Robin's question, is that JBS is mostly 'self-service' for OpenJDK 
developers - i.e. it's not a support or a discussion forum, or a good 
place to file random issues in hope that someone else working on some 
OpenJDK Project drops whatever they are doing and takes care of them.

That seems to be a common set of misconceptions about bug trackers in 
other open source projects, where users often extremely outnumber 
developers, leading to an imbalance of expectations, civility and 
humbleness.
