How can I download specific version of openjdk binaries

You could have to ask Canonical for it. But from what I can see they
are currently at 8u181:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/hu/xenial/java/openjdk-8-jdk .

Alternatively, adoptopenjdk currently build 8u192:
https://adoptopenjdk.net/installation.html#x64_linux-jdk

Or, you could build it yourself.
