Not at this time, since it hasn't been proposed to be targeted yet. Per 
http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk/12/ such a proposal would need to 
successfully happen in the next two months in case of Java 12.

Fwiw, there is no indication at this time that anyone is proposing to 
target this JEP for any specific release yet. Sending an email every 
couple of days to ask about it is just wasting everyone's time.
