Hello OpenJDK contributors,

So I signed up as a contributor, so down the rabbit hole I go: I want to
contribute to developing the Java language and platform, to start with in
the Valhalla project, on inline types.

I've always been keen on working on compilers, and been an independent
OpenSource contributor in the past, primarily on Eclipse WTP (XSL and
XPath) and on Eclipse JDT (some work on Java 8 support).
