openjdk.java.net outage? Also, could we track these outages publicly?

Hi,

Anyone else experiencing slow access to openjdk.java.net or is it just me?
Accessing anything takes 4-6 minutes per http access from my cable provider
in Germany.

As a related question, would it make sense to have some mailing list for
informing about and keeping track of outages like this (see e.g. the recent
mailing list problems)? There is ops at openjdk.java.net but that is not a
public list. So all discussions there are 1:1 between the outside reporter
and whoever at Oracle monitors that mail address.
