Call for Discussion: Group Consolidation: Client Libraries Group

The feedback period for the proposal [1] to consolidate the client 
groups has now ended without objections.
I now request the OpenJDK Lead to call a Governing Board [2] vote on 
this consolidation, as described in the proposal [1].

Note, I did have a typo for the OpenJDK ID for one of the proposed 
initial group members.
For Laurent Bourges, it should be "lbourges".
