New JEP: Classfile Processing API

Will this new Classfile Processing library implementation be licensed under
"GPL with classpath exception" ?

(For comparison, ASM is BSD licensed.)

Would be great to have it under  a license that is compatible with as many
other OSS licenses as possible.
