This is fixed on http://hg.openjdk.java.net. Please try it again.

For future use, the list to notify regarding technical problems is 
ops at openjdk.java.net.

As an additional note, all Mercurial repositories on hg.openjdk.java.net 
are read-only.  Active OpenJDK development migrated to github at 
https://github.com/openjdk
