Tzdata-java

Hi list,

We have several centos 6 boxes where the java applications are reporting
incorrect time due to a recent TZ change by the local government. There are
no updates for tzdata or tzdata-java packages for centos 6. I was able to
grab the data for the regular tzdata package from iana.org and this
corrected the system time, however I am not having much luck with the Java
apps.

Is there a tool such as tzupdater that can compile or build the correct
zone information for Java apps?
