Confused by the JEP 0 page

Hi,

It looks like most categories are ordered by JEP descending JEP number 
(most recent first) which seems like a good idea.

The only exceptions I found are the "Process JEPs" (which are in 
ascending order as you mentioned) and "Draft JEPs" where I don't know 
the ordering.
