Hi Wasif,
https://bugs.java.com is the preferred way to report bugs or request enhancements. Please check if there are duplicate issues in the bug system before submitting a ticket. It usually takes about 2 or 3 days for a valid report or enhancement suggestion to be assigned a JDK issue number.
Regards,
Chen

Subject: Re: [OpenJDK] Enhancements Query
Hi Vicente,
It's related to the performance of Filter in StreamAPI. I am planning to improve the performance of filter as I have noticed that the filter API takes unnecessary time and has an issue with long datasets. So, I have fixed that and verified it. But, I don't know how can I create an enhancement requests at BugTracker and whom I should contact in this regard.

Hi Wasif,
Could you be a bit more specific about the issue you found?
Thanks,
Vicente

Hi Everyone,
My name is Wasif Kirmani. And I would like to suggest a change in an existing API. I am not very sure how I can create an enhancement issue in the OpenJDK Bug tracker. So, I thought to discuss with everyone before creating any enhancements.
So, I have few questions:
If I found something wrong with the current implementation. How can I directly contribute it or create a bug as I don't have credentials for OpenJDK bug tracker?
I searched for enhancements in BugTracker but couldn't find anything related to that.
