Hi Laurent,
strictly speaking, the OpenJDK mailing lists are for OpenJDK
development, rather than for discussion of commercial products. With
that being said, I didn't want to leave your questions unanswered.

Oracle offers the Java SE Universal subscription ... well, universally
... at https://www.oracle.com/java/java-se-subscription/ ;)
If you're looking to use the current Oracle JDK LTS release you can
already do that for the latest LTS (including a year of overlap between
them):
https://blogs.oracle.com/cloud-infrastructure/post/introducing-free-java-license
You can also use the older Oracle JDK LTS releases for your own personal
use: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk-faqs.html
Last but not least, you can use the Oracle JDK on Oracle's machines
through OCI: https://www.oracle.com/cloud/java/ , which has a free tier
that allows anyone, including OpenJDK committers to try OCI out:
https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/ .

For questions and suggestions about GraalVM, the best place to get
started are the community pages at https://www.graalvm.org/community/ .
A good start might be the GraalVM users mailing list.
