Mozilla Build Requirements

The latest IcedTea hg requires Mozilla to build.  However, it is not
particularly clear about what exactly is checked for and required.  The
configure output says:

"checking for MOZILLA... no
checking for MOZILLA... yes"

Before it said,

"checking for MOZILLA... no
checking for MOZILLA... no"

and gave an error.

I fixed this by installing firefox-devel on Fedora 7, which brought in
several dependencies.  I'm not sure which of these packages were
actually required.

The INSTALL file should be updated to list the required Mozilla
dependencies.  It would also be helpful to give more clear configure output.
