Let me be be more clear

I know icedtea is not yet complete as a 1.7 but is 1.6
the security updates and updates in general are handled as any
other project as apache httpd server to mention one, I mean there are
security updates ?? . and is icedtea ready for production with 1.6
compatibility

This is because I have a project comming and I'd like to use icedtea
and of course send patches if I found any bug I can fix.
