Hotspot generated AD files

Gary,

I tried this patch on OS X.  Does it matter what ICEDTEA_CORE_BUILD is
defined as?  I am getting the following error:
No rule to make target `jvm_darwin.h', needed by
`incls/_precompiled.incl.gch'.

Should this be required?
