Updated to gcc 4.3

Fixed.

If libgcj-4.3(.0).jar is not installed, then libgcj-4.1(.2).jar will 
be searched for. The gcc 4.3 patch only gets applied in the 
appropriate case. Though, if the --with-libgcj-jar option is used, a 
libgcj 4.3 jar must be passed- the gcc 4.3 patch will always be 
applied in this case.
