Summary: configure options for embedded (no X/ alsa/ gtk / ...)
           Product: IcedTea
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: IcedTea
        AssignedTo: unassigned at icedtea.classpath.org
        ReportedBy: toelen at gmail.com

Classpath has options that are mostly there for embedded use I guess, like
without-x, without-alsa without-gtk-peer etc. Would it be possible to also have
some of those in icedtea?

Is icedtea/openjdk fit for resource constrained environments (less than 16MB of
RAM, only flash for rootfs) or is there another java distribution that is more
fit for this specific task?

Regards,
Leen
