       * patches/icedtea-libraries.patch: Changed to dlopen libjpeg.so.62
       instead of libjpeg.so.
       * INSTALL: Added libjpeg version 6b to build requirements.

This resolves comment #2 loading the specific libjpeg version (but still from a
hardcoded absolute path, which Andrew seems to object to in comment #4).
