FREETYPE2_INC_DIR - Where is this used?

FREETYPE2_INC_DIR is no longer used; I have removed it. 
ALT_FREETYPE_HEADERS_PATH and ALT_FREETYPE_LIB_PATH can be set 
manually to specify where your headers and libs are.
