It's part of icedtea-gcc-4.3.patch -- icedtea-gcc-4.3.patch is a patch 
relative to icedtea that adds patches/icedtea-gcc-4.3.patch and 
patches/icedtea-gcc-4.3-workarounds.patch, and modifies Makefile.am to apply 
those patches.
