icedtea-6 builds based on cacao on armel and powerpc

That hangs may be fixed with the next release, which I'm currently
preparing.  I will try that myself.

That may be a real CACAO bug (JIT bug) or a cache issue (I have seen too
much of these recently on ARM).  We should try to debug this.
