You don't include enough relevant information here, notably you don't include
the ant command that is invoked just before these errors.

Your build is successfully bootstrapping OpenJDK using your system gcj.  Where
it fails is in trying to then build using the just built JDK in
bootstrap/icedtea.  Does bootstrap/icedtea/bin/java run? How about
bootstrap/icedtea/bin/javac?
