Shark v0.01

Hi all,

The big commit I just made is v0.01 of Shark.  Its version number
should be taken as an indication of how much it works.  In future
I'll make it so it's automatically enabled on platforms where it's
supported, but for now if you want to build it you need to configure
with --enable-shark.  You'll need a very recent svn LLVM installed
somewhere (I'm using 52487).
