It doesn't close them. All it does is listen to the commit list, picks
up any commit messages referencing bugs and then extracts the
information to be used in a bugzilla mail for that particular bug to add
it as a new comment. It still has to be verified and closed explicitly
though. (This is for classpath/gcj, the bugzilla installation on icedtea
doesn't support it unfortunately. We need to upgrade the bugzilla
instance to support mail submission for that.)

That is bad, I didn't know that. Please ping me or pinskia with the
information that isn't making it into the bug database and/or that is
missing.
