merging cacao branch to default

OK, I have just pushed the changesets and the cacao branch is now merged
to default.  There were no commit notification emails, as I asked Mark
to disable it because otherwise there would have been another bunch of
transplant emails.

This was for the icedtea repository only.  But I want to do the same for
icedtea6.  Is that OK too?
