IcedTea with gcc 4.3 and Minimum JDK version

So you version of libgcj-4.3.0.jar has a String constructor with the
following signature?

String(byte[], int, int, Charset)

My configure parameters are different.  Do you also have a JDK/JRE 6 on your
system?
