I have been trying to figure out why this works on Fedora 8 but not on OS
X. I have a clean install of Fedora 8, with the yum updates (the alsa
fails by the way).
I have removed all the libgcj*.jar and rt.jar files that I can find.
Icedtea6 still compiles the java classes. This makes no sense to me, if I
have removed all of the classes used by java, how is it still able to
compile? What library/jar has the java classes?
