IcedTea b26 build just about ready

As far as I know, all JDK6 builds are and have been done with -target 5.
You are correct about -source 1.6 not meaning much, but I don't think
you want -target 6, at least not yet anyway.

JDK7 builds are done the same way as JDK6, using -target 5.

Someone from the langtools team should probably confirm this.
