Couldn't agree more. Why is it the specs for TCP (an RFC) and HTML
(W3C recommendation) are published openly on the web, yet the JSR
specifications are hidden behind pages of legalese? Whether its onus
or not, it still has to be read and approved and is enough to
introduce doubt into people's minds. If we could just load up a web
page and read them with no click-throughs, life would be much easier.
