This is a pretty old version of icedtea. Could you try upgrading to a never
version to see if it still occurs.

Also note the following in your crash log:

WARNING!! /proc file system not found.
Java may be unstable running multithreaded in a chroot environment on Linux
when /proc filesystem is not mounted.

Could you mount /proc to see if that is the issue?
