Unfortunately, I don't yet have a timeline, though the work on a fix is

I'd like to thank you for your patience and the regular pings on this
issue, the regular heartbeat of
acommunity that cares about the VM spec is helping in a good way.

Could you elaborate why you think that the terms of the JSRs you quoted
prevent publication of
independent implementations?
