What I wondering about is if whether Sun can publish this document under
terms that are acceptable to the community, so that getting access to
the document doesn't take away any rights of publishing an independent
or openjdk based implementation under the GPL without the restrictions
on scope that the current terms 2 (a - c) inflict upon us hackers.
